Introduction

Most of us have an idea about what success means to us, and we have a mental vision of what it will look like when it arrives in our lives. We might finally get the career recognition we’ve been working so hard for, earn a lot of money, find the man or woman of our dreams, start a family, purchase our own home, buy the sports car we’ve wanted since we were a teenager, or reach any number of other personal accomplishments. Is this success? For some of us, it might be. Perhaps you have a different vision of what success means to you.

Regardless of your personal definition of success, you likely have one thing in common with the rest of us: you are still seeking the level of success you want to attain. Maybe you’ve had success in certain areas, but not in others. Your career might be going great, but your relationships are lacking. Or you’ve met the love of your life, but you just can’t seem to earn the amount of money that would make you happy. Or everything else is great but you can’t seem to lose those last 20 pounds and get into better shape.

It’s a maddening position to be in, especially if you don’t understand why it’s happening. You may think you’re doing everything right, but circumstances just won’t bend to your will. You constantly run into obstacles, sabotage your own efforts, berate yourself for your “failures,”- and the struggle continues.

This struggle continues because of one reason, and one reason only: you are focusing your energy and effort in the wrong direction!

In this modern age, we have the misguided notion that success is some elusive quality “out there” that we need to hunt down and capture. We believe that if we say the right things, do the right things, take exactly the right steps, success will fly right into our little butterfly net and we can pin it down on a sheet of cardboard and hang it proudly on our wall.

We can’t capture success, nor can we buy it, stumble across it, or fall into it. We can only create it, from the inside out. And the only way to create it is by changing our thoughts and habits. What do thoughts have to do with anything? Everything! What we expect to see, we see. What we expect to have in our lives, we have. What we focus on the most, expands.

If your life isn’t what you want it to be, your thoughts have not been in alignment with it. This can be a tricky concept to understand, but the most important point to get is that it’s a cumulative process.

Think of a scale. If you place a grain of sand in one of the trays, it probably won’t make much difference to the balance of the scale. But if you add another grain, and another, and another, before long the scale will begin to tilt in that direction. Your thoughts work in much the same way, and if you have enough of one particular type of thought, it will affect your quality of life.

This may sound bad, but it’s actually a good thing! If we can create imbalance and lack with our thoughts and habits, we can also create abundance and success. It’s all within our control.

What if I told you that just by changing your mind-set, you could begin to effortlessly attract the success you desire? What if you could not only attract success, but become successful at a core level?

You can! By following the techniques in this book, you will learn how to transform your thinking processes and develop a true success mind-set. And with the right mind-set, there is no limit to what you can create in your life.

The important thing to remember as you embark upon this journey is that it’s a process. Take your time and enjoy it. Don’t expect perfection – simply relax and have fun with the techniques! Trust me, they will work much better if you have fun with them, rather than getting mired in frustration or placing unrealistic expectations on yourself. Introduction

Have you ever heard of the words Body English? An ignoble and bestial character, by the same process, is the result of the continued harboring of groveling thoughts.

Man is made or unmade by himself. In the armory of thought he forges the weapons by which he destroys himself. He also fashions the tools with which he builds for himself heavenly mansions of joy and strength and peace. By the right choice and true application of thought, man ascends to the divine perfection. By the abuse and wrong application of thought he descends below the level of the beast. Between these two extremes are all the grades of character, and man is their maker and master.

Of all the beautiful truths pertaining to the soul which have been restored and brought to light in this age, none is more gladdening or fruitful of divine promise and confidence than this--that man is the master of thought, the molder of character, and the maker and shaper of condition, environment, and destiny.

As a being of power, intelligence, and love, and the lord of his own thoughts, man holds key to every situation, and contains within himself that transforming and regenerative agency by which he may make himself what he wills.

Man is always the master, even in his weakest and most abandoned state. But in his weakness and degradation he is foolish master who misgoverns his "household." When he begins to reflect upon his condition and search diligently for the law upon which his being is established, he then becomes the wise master, directing his energies with intelligence and fashioning his thoughts to fruitful issues. Such is the conscious master, and man can only thus become by discovering within himself the laws of thought. This discovery is totally a matter of application, self-analysis and experience.

Only by much searching and mining are gold and diamonds obtained, and man can find every truth connected with his being, if he will dig deep into the mine of his soul. That he is the maker of his character, the molder of his life, and the builder of his destiny, he may unerringly prove, if he will watch, control, and alter his thoughts, tracing their effects upon himself, upon others and upon his life and circumstances, linking cause and effect by patient practice and investigation. And utilizing his every experience, even the most trivial, everyday occurrence, as a means of obtaining that knowledge of himself which is understanding, wisdom, power. In this direction is the law of absolute that "He that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." For only by patience, practice, and ceaseless importunity can a man enter the door of the temple of knowledge.

Ebook: 101 Mini Motivator Tips

Introduction

Sometimes we all need a little push in life. Whether we’re itching to pursue the dreams we’ve held in our heart since childhood or we simply need the willingness to tackle mundane chores, we can often find ourselves mired in a rut of inertia and feel like it’s the most difficult task to rise out of it.

The e-book you are about to read is packed full of helpful tips and techniques that are designed to give you the boost you need! There are 101 tips listed in the following pages, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself coming up with other creative ideas just by skimming through them. There are many more ways to motivate yourself than I could possibly list in a book, but those listed should be enough to get your creative juices flowing and get some great motivation building.

Some of the tips are deceptively simple, but can be very effective indeed. Please keep in mind that they may vary in their effectiveness depending upon your mood and your current state of mind. These factors can fluctuate widely from day to day, so a tip that worked for you yesterday may not be as effective today.

Therefore, be willing to try something new if you’re feeling uninspired by some of the suggestions. If you try a tip and it doesn’t work, try another, or perhaps alter one of the tips to better suit your needs.

Most importantly, remember that “motivation” is simply something that causes the desire to act. While positive motivators are usually more pleasant, don’t be surprised to discover that I’ve included one or two “negative” motivators in this book. What makes them negative or positive, however, is the context in which they are used. Though they may seem negative at first glance, they are for a positive result, so be willing to keep an open mind about them if you think they might work for you.

There are many reasons why we become unmotivated, and I touch on many of them throughout the pages of this book. Your reasons may be in alignment with these, or they may be completely different.

When it comes right down to it, the reasons for your lack of motivation aren’t as important as your decision to take control of it and move forward again. If this book can help you accomplish that, then our time together has been well-spent.

Here’s wishing you all the motivation you desire, and a hefty dose of inspiration for variety.


Tip #1 - Drink a glass of cold water.

Dehydration can result in fatigue and mental fogginess, which sure doesn’t help your motivation. Before doing intensive mental or physical work, try drinking a glass of ice cold water and watch how it refreshes you. Also be sure to keep drinking plenty of water throughout the day. One glass of water won’t be enough for a body that is more than mildly dehydrated.


Tip #2 - Meditate.

Scattered thoughts can make any task seem more confusing or burdensome. Before beginning work on your objective, take 15 minutes to sit quietly and focus on nothing. Keep your mind as blank as possible and attune to the stillness within you. You may have to gently pull back your focus when it begins to wander, but avoid becoming frustrated about it. Simply keep readjusting your focus and stay calm, and you should feel centered and refreshed in just a few minutes.


Tip #3 - Create a worry box.

Nothing is more aggravating than trying to work productively and being nagged to death by worries! Instead of letting your worries take over your mind, create a worry box to keep them in. You can use any kind of box, from an empty shoe box to a decorative wooden or glass box. Write all of your current worries on a sheet of paper (or you can use a fresh sheet for each worry). When you can’t think of any other worries, put the sheet(s) of paper into the box, close it and store it away on a high shelf nearby. If worries begin to nag at you again while you’re trying to stay focused, glance at your worry box and remind yourself that you don’t have to worry about anything right now because you’ve placed your worries in that box. Affirm that you can pick up your worries again later if you really want to.

Ebook: 7 Little Known Goal Setting Tricks

Lesson 1: The Most Important Rule Of Writing Your Goals Down That You Must Follow If You Want To
Achieve Success.

Most of us already know that it is vitally important to write your goals down. The simple mechanical act of writing makes your goal visible and tangible. That’s no longer just a thought!

Now it’s a commitment. But there is one rule you must follow to succeed that very few know.

It’s not enough to write your goal down… You have to describe it in complete detail! Make it as specific as possible. Compare: “I want to buy a new home” and “I want to live in a new two story gorgeous Victorian style home with 4 spacious bedrooms, luxurious living room with a fireplace and hardwood floors. I will enjoy my large backyard with swimming pool and patio…” “I want to make a lot of money” is not the goal. It’s just a wish. “I want to make $10.000 monthly with my business by July 1st.” Now that’s the goal.

After writing your goal down in complete details don’t forget to make it visible!
  • You can write it on a yellow note and stick it on your computer.
  • Or even better. Print it so it would fit 4x6 picture frame, then frame it and put it on your desktop.
  • You can also print it on your business card and put it in your wallet.
Try to surround yourself with little reminders. This will help you to stay focused on your goal and create a clear mental image of what you want.


Lesson 2: The One Question You Must Answer Before You Take Action.

There is one question you must answer before you start achieving your goal. Failure to answer that question will result in lack of motivation and failure to follow the plan. Take a piece of paper and answer this question in writing:

WHY do you want to achieve your goal?

No, not just because “I want”. There are reasons behind your dreams, usually dozens of them. And if you realize why you want to reach your goal, you’ll be most likely to follow your plan till the end.

For example, why would you want to lose 15 pounds in 2 months?
  • To look good
  • To feel good about yourself
  • To fit in your favorite dress
  • To impress your spouse …
List every single reason. Try to imagine all the benefits. The truth is the longer the list, the stronger your motivation will be.

Read your reasons first thing in the morning. Even better, frame them and hang them on the wall. It will keep you focused and motivated.

Rule #1: Set Up Your Mind

You are what you want to be. Just like you are what you eat, it also follows that you are what you think. If you set your mind to work for somebody as an employee, you will look for a job and you will be satisfied working as an employee. However, if you set your mind properly to attain financial freedom, you will find means of getting wealthy without the pressures and hassles of working for someone else.

It seems that the mindset of many people is almost always pre-occupied with working as an employee that they forget or unintentionally ignore to cross the line, to see how they can create real wealth. Just like a coin, they never bothered to look and to find out how it feels to be on the other side of it.

I’m not saying that employers are bad. They provide jobs
and it’s good. I’m just painting a picture of one of life’s realities which we hardly notice at times. If you go to business, you eventually end up as an employer yourself. I’m just opening the financial area of your mind.
Consider this: Palms facing up is receiving, kind of similar to begging. Palms facing down is giving. Employees receive. Employers give. How do you want your palms’ position to be?


Rule #2: Think And Act Rich

Always keep in mind that you can attract as much money as you desire by knowing that it is all in the mind. It is what you choose to think, and act upon, that produces the money you want. What you think will be, will be.

Technique #1: Feel Rich and Be Grateful

What I am about to teach you is a simple yet very powerful way of attracting wealth and prosperity in your life.

First, imagine what life would be like if you are rich. Don’t just see it. Feel it as if you’re already experiencing the luxuries and lifestyle of the rich.

Do you see yourself driving your dream car? What model and color is it? Touch the seat and feel its soft texture. Open the car radio and listen to your favorite music. Experience the joy of driving it towards your favorite place.

Maybe you could visualize a house. How many rooms does it have? Take a relaxing soak in the bath tub. Smell the food aroma coming out from the large kitchen. Play sports in your own private gym.

The important thing here is to believe that you are already rich. Now doesn’t that feel good? By doing this exercise, you are unleashing the powers of your subconscious and directing it to give you what you’re dreaming of.

But it doesn’t end there. To make this even more effective, breathe slowly while still hanging on to this wonderful feeling of being rich, and say a small thanks to God, or to a Higher Power.

By being grateful, you are commanding the Powers of the Universe to work in your favor. You are confirming that you are graciously accepting your blessings. Try it out. Believe and feel that you are already wealthy, and be thankful for it. You will be astounded by the results.

Technique #2: Be Generous

Many people think that rich people are selfish, that’s why they have lots of money at hand. This may be true in some cases; however, there are a lot more individuals who are wealthy because they know how to give.

When I first discovered the laws of success I was shocked. I felt sorry for the time I wasted trying to succeed without knowing the basics!

From the beginning of time, there have been laws set in motion that automatically bring their results when we act in relation to them. And success is no exception. "If you want to succeed you have to apply five laws of success." "If you apply 5 laws of success you will succeed." Even if you don't want to.

You can apply them in ALL aspects of your life. It doesn't matter if you want to earn $10,000 a day, lose 500 pounds or win Olympic gold. You will succeed in EVERYTHING you want if you are applying laws of success.

So, are you ready to be successful? Let's start then!


1. The Law of Desire

"If you want something badly enough you will get it." That's right. If you really WANT something you will get it. Desire is a force that cannot be easily stopped. Think about your goal. - How bad do you want it? - Are you willing to sacrifice? - Under what conditions will you give up? If you want something badly enough, then quitting is simply not an option. You either find a way or make one. You pay the price, whatever it takes.

Your desire is the fire that heats you up to perform, to excel. You know that a small fire cannot heat much; so it is necessary to have a large and intense fire to heat more. That intense fire is your passion – your burning desire to excel in anything.

If you are not sure if your desire is strong enough there is a simple way to intensify it:

Take a piece if paper and write down all the reasons WHY do you want to achieve your goal. List all the benefits you can imagine. The more reasons you'll find, the stronger your desire will get. It is a good practice to read your list of benefits every morning. So you will stay connected with your goal during the day, you'll be more motivated and inspired.

"Desire overcomes obstacles to success. Desire makes molehills out of mountains. No matter what stands in the way, it is moveable."


2. The Law of Belief

"Anything you believe to be true will be your reality." If you don't believe that you can achieve your goal, you won't. In order to achieve anything, you must believe it is possible at a cellular level. Our subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between dreams and reality. Whatever picture you will consistently think about will drive your actions to create that exact picture.

We don’t like change – and, in fact, humans tend to find change to be most stressful. In this fast changing world, it is perfectly alright to admit to being stressed. There are many different methods to overcome stress and different people handle it differently.

What works for you may not work for others. Understanding stress and knowing how to control or even eliminate it is the key to freedom in
your life.

Why is it that some people can handle stress so effectively no matter what comes their way while some others throw themselves into the sea of depression just because of a tiny thing such as a little change in their routine or because of their assumption of what other people may think of them.

Can it be like some people find pasta is an excellent food while others feel yucky about it? I believe that you have heard of the expression "the straw that broke the camel’s back". Many people don’t know much about that; probably because they have never
owned a camel (lol).

Well, every camel has a limit as to the weight which it can carry. If a camel has carried the maximum weight, an extra tiny weight of a feather can break its back … literally.
